Minas’ Mountains

Hey guys!

Minas Gerais – the State what I live – is famous because have amazing mountais! We say here: “Nós temos um mar de montanhas” what mean “We have a sea mountais”. Have a lot of nice places to go and practice water sports for example, because have a lot of waterfalls. You can relax your soul here!

Minas is a historical state with a lot of historical cities as Ouro Preto. This pictures is part of my personal gallery. You can appreciate this mountains and nature while you travel from Belo Horizonte to Ouro Preto.

Brasil with “S”

Like a friend of my always say for me, just for general knowledgement, we write Brazil here with “S”, so is BraSil for who don’t know this ;). So, in this blog I’ll always write Brasil like that!

This is our flag:

Its write on the flag: Ordem e Progresso (Order and Progress)

– the green: represents the Brazilian forests
– the yellow: represents the gold (most from here, Minas Gerais)
– the blue: the brazilian sky
– the stars: the brazilian States (+ 1, Distrito Federal, Brasil’ capital)

Hello everyone!

I creat this blog to show for who have interesting in Brasil – natives and strangers – some nice things what we have here in this amazing country like typical foods, tips about nice places to travel, etc. I’ll give emphasize on good things, this because in every country happen bad things and here is not different! Anyway…

I live in Minas Gerais, city of Belo Horizonte! Yes! Exist another place than Rio and Amazônia :p and I wanna show you the other great things what we have here too 😉

If you prefer, can call me as “mineira” or “mineirinha”. The girl what was born here in Minas Gerais is called “mineira” so…  😉
